French Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
• Supporting Disability Case Managers with various tasks.
• Providing front-line customer service via telephone.
• Managing administrative duties and following up with claimants for disability paperwork.
Typical Day in Role:
• Providing bilingual support for four phone lines.
• Setting up new claims and maintaining outstanding documents for the claims.
• Following up on outstanding documents for managers.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Bilingual – fluent read/write/oral in French and English
2. Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
4. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
5. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
1-4+ years’ experience in admin/customer service role
