Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, filter, and present audience data from various third-party sources.
  • Provide audience data for quarterly and annual board reports.
  • Produce concise written reports and data visualizations on media consumption trends.
  • Audit broadcasters' self-reported numbers to determine yearly CMF allocations.
  • Respond promptly to ad hoc requests from all departments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and insights through conference attendance and networking.
  • Assist in organizing discussions and workshops with industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update dashboards using PowerBi for insightful data visualization.
  • Manage a centralized list of CMF-funded titles on third-party data platforms.
  • Represent Audience Research on internal and external committees and industry groups.


Experience Required:

  • 2 years of experience using SQL
  • 3-5 years of data analysis experience preferred
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, familiarity with data analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • French language proficiency would be considered an asset
