As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through proactive phone-based outreach to potential customers. You will utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to close deals and consistently exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conducting Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate contact with prospects, clearly conveying the value of our products and services.

- Schedule Meetings or Calls: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.

- Prepare Lead Information: Ensure the sales team has all the necessary information for productive follow-up conversations.

- Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.

- Identifying and Qualifying Leads: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.

 Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 years of phone sales experience, preferably in the solar, timeshare, or insurance industries.

- Marketing Skills: Experience in business-to-consumer direct marketing.

- Communication:** Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.

- Self-motivation: Results-driven and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.

- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape.


Compensation:


This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and commission structure. Top-performing representatives have the potential to earn between $50,000 to $70,000+ per year.
