Pro Vita is currently seeking passionate Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Creekstone Care Centre, providing support to elderly residents in Long Term Care in North Vancouver.

Term of Employment:
Full-time, Casual
Full-time: 4 days on & 2 days off, 2:45pm - 10:45pm, 35 hours/week
Casual: Days vary, 6:45am - 6:45pm, 6:45pm - 6:45am
Wage*: $ /hour Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurses program or equivalent
Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
Clear Ministry of Justice Criminal record Check
Effective communication skills in English, verbal and written
Nice to Have:
Gerontological experience
MDS education
Responsibilities:
Observing, monitoring, and documenting resident's conditions
Providing personal care and assistance as needed
Supporting emergency staff scheduling
Ensuring adherence to Infection Control Practices
