We are hiring a CyberArk Support Engineer to work with one of our clients, an international investment bank based in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Level 1 and Level 2 support on a global scale as part of the Follow The Sun Support model, covering Paris, Asia, and the Americas.
- Manage the onboarding of new applications onto the Americas platform.
- Automate various onboarding and support tasks using scripts and other tools.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of the CyberArk infrastructure.
Profile
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Skills
- At least 2 years of experience supporting CyberArk version 11.x and above.
- Advanced knowledge of Unix and Windows.
- 2 years of experience using AutoIT to customize FAT clients on CyberArk PSM servers.
- Strong scripting skills (PACLI, Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automating various CyberArk onboarding and operational support processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Preferably in the field of Information Technology)
- A plus:
o Specialization in Information Systems Security
o CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications
Languages
- English
- French is considered a plus
