Les Camions Fuel Inc. sont actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) répartiteur(trice) junior pour travailler à notre siège social situé à Ville Lasalle. La personne sélectionnée travaillera le vendredi, samedi et dimanche de 8 h 00 à 18 h 00. Le poste nécessite une communication quotidienne pour la répartition et l'orientation des chauffeurs, afin de maximiser la livraison à temps des chargements. translate in english

Description détaillée :


  • Prendre des rendez-vous et réalignement des rendez-vous existant.
  • Traçabilité et identification des mouvements de cargaisons.
  • Attribuer des voyages aux conducteurs ;
  • Coordonner les envois et l’entrée de données pour les voyages transfrontaliers.
  • Préparer tous les documents nécessaires pour les douanes
  • Faire la saisie des données des envois dans le logiciel de l’entreprise
  • Autres tâches, sur demande, en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.


Exigences et compétences:


  • Une (1) à deux (2) années d’expérience dans la répartition dans le domaine du transport et/ou expérience similaire pertinente.
  • Orienté vers les résultats et capable de travailler sous pression.
  • Bonne connaissance de la géographie du Canada et des États-Unis.
  • Bonne connaissance informatique; connaissances de système informatique lié à logistique du transport, exemple : TMW et PC Miler (un atout)
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Bilingue, excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite. La maîtrise d'une autre langue est requise pour ce poste car le candidat devra interagir et communiquer avec des clients, des fournisseurs et des collègues à travers l'Amérique du Nord.
  • Bonne capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Axé sur le service à la clientèle, tact avec les fournisseurs.
  • Responsable, autonome, excellente gestion du temps et capacité d’organisation.

Fuel Trucks Inc. is currently seeking a Junior Dispatcher to work at our headquarters in Ville Lasalle. The selected candidate will work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This role requires daily communication for dispatching and guiding drivers to maximize on-time delivery of loads.

Detailed Job Description:


  • Booking and rescheduling appointments;
  • Tracking & tracing shipments;
  • Assigning trips to drivers;
  • Coordinating shipments and records for cross-border travel;
  • Preparing all necessary documentation for customs;
  • Data entry of shipments in the company’s software;
  • Other tasks as requested, based on the needs of the business.


Skills & Requirements:


  • One (1) to two (2) years related experience in dispatching or similar experience.
  • Driven to achieve results, able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics software, such as PC Miler and TMW. (an asset)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of USA and Canada Geography.
  • Bilingual, excellent verbal and written communication skills. The requirement of another language is required for this position as the candidate will be required to interact and communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues throughout North America.
