Client Engagement Manager

As a Client Engagement Manger for TEKsystems you will supporting a team of Long Term Disability Claims for one of our key insurance partners. You will have an integral role in the training, coaching, mentoring, performance managing, and leader a team of 5. You are the primary point of contact for a remote team of New Case Managers on a daily basis.

-Conduct bi-weekly team meetings with the team to ensure morale is maintained and to discuss any claim specific issues, process updates, etc.

-Provide mentoring to team members and assist with difficult claim decisions, quality assurance, reviewing for inconsistencies/errors and process improvement

-Provide weekly and monthly reports on team metrics

-Review feedback provided from QA and discuss potential for improvements with team

-Discuss complex claims with team members to arrive at an appropriate decision

-Taking escalation calls/ emails to find appropriate decision

Top Skills:

- Experience in Disability Health and Claims Management

- Experience leading, training and supervising staff

- Experience in Long Term Disability Claims handling experience

- Strong Communication and Organization

Nice:

- Managing Long Term Disability Claims teams

- Recruiting, training, onboarding, performance managing and supervising claim professionals
