LensCrafters est le plus grand détaillant d’optique en Amérique du Nord avec plus de 1 000 magasins faisant partie de Luxottica, un chef de file de l’industrie de la lunetterie. Notre norme de qualité supérieure a fait de LensCrafters un chef de file des soins de la vue depuis plus de 35 ans.
FONCTION GÉNÉRALE
Le directeur adjoint agit en tant que leader en soutien au directeur du magasin et se comporte comme un propriétaire d'entreprise au sein de l'organisation. Représente LensCrafters comme la première destination pour tous les besoins de vision au sein de la communauté et fournit des KPI.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Offrir une qualité pour dépasser tous les KPI :o % des ventes par rapport au plan, conversion, rentabilité opérationnelle du magasin, croissance/rétention des examens, score de promoteur net
Solide compréhension de l'entreprise se traduisant par des résultats de ventes positifs Soutenir les plans d'affaires du magasin pour maximiser les ventes et les profits Collaborer avec le gérant du magasin pour diriger et développer l'équipe Fournir des commentaires clairs, constructifs et opportuns et collaborer avec le responsable du magasin sur le développement. Exécuter les directives visuelles et maintenir l'apparence du magasin Entretenir des relations de travail positives avec les médecins Promouvoir la conformité de l'équipe à toutes les politiques Effectuer des tâches administratives Travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les nuits et les week-ends Avec licence d'opticien d'État valide :o Fournir des connaissances sur les produits en fonction des besoins visuels/de la prescription
o Distribuer, ajuster/réparer des lunettes
o Effectuer des mesures précises
QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE
Bachelier ou équivalent Licence d'opticien d'État actuelle et valide Plus d'un an d'expérience en gestion/supervision avec des subordonnés directs Connaissance des opérations, des processus et des politiques de vente au détail Solides compétences de base en mathématiques Familiarité avec la caisse enregistreuse, les ordinateurs et les calculatrices Doit avoir une solide maîtrise de la langue anglaise pour toute correspondance écrite et communication orale Fort communicateur et auditeur Haut niveau démontré de compétences en vente Capacité avérée à résoudre des problèmesQUALIFICATIONS PRÉFÉRÉES
Diplôme collégial ou équivalent Expérience antérieure dans un poste de direction dans le secteur de la vente au détail et du service client Connaissance de l'optique de base Connaissance de la marchandise actuelle du magasin Licence d'État (le cas échéant) et/ou certification ABO dans les États sans licence Certification finale d'inspecteur de marque Programme de qualité, d'ajustement et d'ajustement de la marqueLa rémunération des employés est déterminée par de multiples facteurs, notamment la géographie, l'expérience, les qualifications, les compétences et les exigences locales en matière de salaire minimum.
