Onedersquad is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Bakery Worker, you will play a vital role in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of baked goods, ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Adjust ovens to the proper temperatures and times for each product, as indicated by the weekly production schedule.
  • To guarantee product quality, make sure dough staging is done correctly.
  • Report any machine malfunctions to the supervisor or maintenance.
  • Follow business rules when conducting quality checks.
  • Modify the oven's time and temperature to ensure that the product is baked correctly.
  • Keep track of and report any product problems or outages.
  • Keep your workspace tidy. During your shift, clean up any spills, dough, and crumbs.
  • Indicate when dumpers and manufacturing associates should take a break.
  • Follow the company's recycling guidelines when disposing of any waste.
  • Comply with the company's GMP, quality, food safety, and health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bakery with at least 1 year of experience is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
  • Willingness to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
