Job Title: THIRD COOK
We are recruiting for (5) Third Cook positions (NOC 6322). The positions are full-time 30-40 hours per week, permanent with an hourly rate of $17.25. Overtime may be necessary as required paid at time and half.
Job duties:
Prepare and serve food in one of our many sections of the kitchen, including a la carte, banquets and Base Camp, our staff cafeteriaOperate individual station within the kitchen, under the supervision of first cooks, and/or CDPReport to the kitchen CDP and First CooksWork according to menu specificationsControl food waste in your sectionFollow and ensure compliance with safe food handling policies, including personal hygiene proceduresReport maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadershipProtecting company assets and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professionalSupporting our employee culture, speak with others using clear and professional language, listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employeesDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with other departmentsSupport your team to reach common goals, ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of related food industry experienceCompletion of high school and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical trainingBenefits:
