Be our next Senior Performance Analyst (12 month Contract)
Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will be a part of the Project Controls team for the Major Projects Sector, based in Ottawa (preferred) office and have the opportunity to work on both current and future projects.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
Support in the operation of the Major Project’s Project Controls Performance Team, from project-setup, ongoing performance measurement, to post-mortem analysis Provide meticulous attention to detail, identifying inconsistent data, and resolving errors Frequent communication with, and support, to VP Project Controls, other Project Controls functional teams, Project Managers and Design Leads to collect, verify, and report data Maintaining and applying established data governance standardsWhat your experience looks like
5+ years’ advanced experience using Excel, including functional knowledge of the following: Ability to transform data in Power Query Nested functions Dynamic arrays 3+ years’ experience in Project Controls, including involvement in the management of KPIs reflecting cost and schedule adherence, tracking deliverables, and interfacing with stakeholders 3+ years’ experience in conducting QA 1-2 years’ experience with Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to communicate complex data and metrics through simplified dashboards and visuals Design Engineering Acumen Experience working within and supporting a team Analytical and pragmatic approach to information Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent analytical, judgment and problem-solving capabilities High initiative, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a teamEXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
