Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's cash position.
  • Monitor daily cash flows and forecast short-term and long-term liquidity needs.
  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate banking services and fees.
  • Oversee the administration of bank accounts and cash management systems.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
  • Develop and implement hedging strategies to protect against adverse market movements.
  • Monitor compliance with financial risk management policies and procedures.
  1. Capital Markets Activities:
  • Evaluate financing options and recommend appropriate capital structure adjustments.
  • Lead the execution of debt issuances, refinancing, and other capital markets transactions.
  • Manage relationships with investors, rating agencies, and other external stakeholders.
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making, including investment analysis and capital allocation.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support business planning and budgeting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators and targets.
  1. Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
  • Prepare and review treasury-related disclosures for external financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit activities.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Build and develop a high-performing treasury team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the treasury function.




  • CPA preferred but not required
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex financial transactions and relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
