What challenges can you expect?
You have the ability to develop strong business relationships with customers You are aware that prospecting and developing accounts and growing strategic relationships are critical to meet all Sales objectives You are characterized by organizational skills with an ability to successfully manage multiple projects while meeting critical timing schedules You are able to prepare tenders (commercial & technical), including negotiations up to the award of contract with the customers You are willing and able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of output
What do we expect from you?
You have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering You have gained experience in Industrial Sales (and/or Field service) for more than 5-10 years It would be an asset if you had Sales experience in the power transmission and distribution field It would be a plus if you had experience in the transformer service field It would be favored if you had already worked with Power Transformer Industry Manufacturer's Representatives You are experienced with CRM programs You are characterized by strong presentation skills You have to be bilingual in French & English You have a Canadian citizenship or a Permanent Resident You are willing to travel frequently (> 50%)
