As the Director of Engineering , you play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company through the development of cutting-edge products. you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of new product development, from conceptualization to market launch. The person in this role is a strategic thinker, a proven leader in engineering, and possesses a strong background in bringing innovative products to fruition.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and execute the overall technical strategy for new product development. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and design, to align technical efforts with business goals. Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products. Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Monitor project milestones and take proactive measures to address any challenges. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team. Ensure the application of best-in-class engineering practices and standards. Drive continuous improvement in technical processes and capabilities. Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering efforts with overall company strategy. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders. Foster strong collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless product development process. Work closely with senior management to define resource requirements and budget for the Engineering team. Optimize resource allocation to meet project goals efficiently.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven track record of leadership in engineering roles, with a focus on new product development. Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. En tant que Directeur(trice) de l'Ingénierie, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la définition de l'avenir de notre entreprise par le développement de produits à la pointe de la technologie. Vous serez responsable de superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie du développement de nouveaux produits, de la conceptualisation au lancement sur le marché. La personne occupant ce poste est un(e) penseur(se) stratégique, un(e) leader confirmé(e) dans le domaine de l'ingénierie et possède une solide expérience dans la concrétisation de produits innovants.
RESPONSABILITÉS:
Développer et exécuter la stratégie technique globale pour le développement de nouveaux produits. Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes multifonctionnelles, y compris le développement de produits et le design, afin d'aligner les efforts techniques sur les objectifs commerciaux. Stimuler l'innovation en se tenant au courant des tendances de l'industrie, des technologies émergentes et des demandes du marché. Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie du développement de produits, en garantissant la livraison en temps voulu de produits de haute qualité. Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et méthodologies pour optimiser l'efficacité et la productivité. Suivre les étapes clés des projets et prendre des mesures proactives pour surmonter les défis éventuels. Fournir des conseils techniques et une expertise à l'équipe d'ingénierie. Garantir l'application des meilleures pratiques et normes d'ingénierie. Encourager l'amélioration continue des processus et des capacités techniques. Collaborer avec la direction exécutive pour aligner les efforts d'ingénierie avec la stratégie globale de l'entreprise. Communiquer régulièrement l'état des projets, les risques et les opportunités aux parties prenantes clés. Favoriser une collaboration étroite avec les autres départements pour assurer un processus de développement de produits fluide. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la haute direction pour définir les besoins en ressources et le budget de l'équipe d'ingénierie. Optimiser l'allocation des ressources pour atteindre efficacement les objectifs des projets.QUALIFICATIONS:
Diplôme de licence ou de maîtrise en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe. Expérience avérée en tant que leader dans des rôles d'ingénierie, avec un accent sur le développement de nouveaux produits. Solide bagage technique avec expertise dans les technologies et méthodologies pertinentes. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Capacité de réflexion stratégique et de résolution de problèmes. Succès démontré dans la mise sur le marché de produits innovants.Seuls les candidats sélectionnés seront contactés.
