The Coordinator, Professional Services Contracts, manages and administers medium-risk professional services contracts. The incumbent manages contract-related risks, manages multiple contracts, as required, and provides regular reports to supervisors and the Client Partners. The incumbent manages the contract cost, scope and schedule. In addition, the incumbent monitors submissions and coordinates the review of consultant deliverables to confirm compliance with the contract. The incumbent also manages the Client-Partner relationship and consultant performance, documents key communications with consultants and keeps Client-Partner project managers apprised of contract risks and status.
KEY AND PERIODIC ACTIVITIES

General and Specific Knowledge
Formal Education and/or Certification(s) and Experience
Minimum: college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with four years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent Preferred : certification in applicable field (e.g. Certified Engineering Technologist)Abilities
Use applicable computer software and operating systems Apply project, contract and risk management techniquesDEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP
Provides functional advice and guidance to employees and to Client-PartnersWORKING CONDITIONS
