Job Description
The Liaison agent acts as a bridge between the airline operations and Transat's commercial sectors. Represents Transat's business areas (Senior Management, Transat Directors, Media Relations, Social Media, Marketing and International Markets, Call Center and Customer Relations, E-Commerce / CRM, Destination Services) within the IOC Acts as the link between the IOC (Integrated Operations Centre) and the Operational Support (reprotection team) Ensures the accuracy of information prior to its dissemination during flight delays and irregular operations. Keeps Transat's commercial sectors informed and provides the necessary information to the teams so that they can respond appropriately to passengers' questions. Writes the communications given to passengers during irregular operations. Performs certain key tasks related to the Operational Support department
Qualifications
Minimum experience of two (2) years in an operational position with an airline, or tour operator Excellent communication skills, and fluency in French and English, both oral and written. Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite. Excellent ability to handle pressure. Ability to multi-task and adapt. Good organizational skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Available to work on rotation including weekends (day, evening, night).
