Description
Under general supervision the position requires the incumbent to perform a variety of assignments requiring knowledge and understanding of established methods, procedures, acts, rules and regulations while making choices regarding most appropriate work method and exercises judgment in their application. Duties may include administrative support, preparing & filing correspondence, preparing expense claims, maintaining office supply inventory & petty cash, distributing inter-office mail, and answering inquiries (telephone & in person).

Qualifications
Grade XI plus four years’ related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
