What Will You Do?
Repairs trucks, trailers and equipment as required by the Lead-Hand Mechanic or the Shop Supervisor. Document all repairs on work orders or computer system. Fill out appropriate inspections sheets when required. Ensure all parts are marked in on a daily basis. When required, ability to safety all equipment. When necessary, ability to road test vehicles. Communicate with dispatch on a daily basis to prioritise availability of equipment and any no-go equipment. Follow shop procedures and company policies relating to use of shop and Occupational Health & Safety regulations All other duties as required.Who Are We Looking For?
Fully certified and licensed 2nd or 3rd year Registered Apprentice (Class 310T Truck and Coach License). Computer literate (Microsoft Office, TMT). Organizational skills, ability to remain calm in demanding times. Positive attitude with proven people skills. Honest, diplomatic and trustworthy. Your Cool Work Perks
