Asa Tax Lawyer you will provide expert legal advice on taxrelatedmatters to clients including individuals businesses andorganizations. Your role will involve navigating complex tax lawsand regulations representing clients in disputes with taxauthorities and developing strategies to optimize tax positionswhile ensuring compliance with all applicablelaws.

KeyResponsibilities:

Adviseclients on federal state and local tax laws andregulations.
Developand implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities andmaximize taxefficiencies.
Representclients in disputes and negotiations with taxauthorities.
Prepareand review tax filings including corporate partnership andindividualreturns.
Conducttax due diligence for mergers acquisitions and othertransactions.
Stayupdated on changes in tax legislation and provide strategic advicebased on newdevelopments.

RequirementsJurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool.
Membershipin good standing with theBar.
Minimumof 3 years of experience in taxlaw.
Strongunderstanding of federal state and local tax laws andregulations.
Excellentanalytical skills and attention todetail.
Strongcommunication and negotiationskills.
