Customer Operations Leader

La personne candidate retenue fait partie de l’équipe de direction du magasin et dirige les travaux et l’exécution des tâches qui contribuent à l’expérience client et aux résultats des ventes omnicanaux. La personne fournit de la rétroaction et de l’encadrement aux représentants et représentantes du service à la clientèle en ce qui concerne le modèle de service d’Indigo. Elle sait suggérer et vendre des produits, des offres promotionnelles et des programmes à la clientèle d’Indigo. Elle s’assure que la clientèle a une expérience fluide avec les différents canaux et les méthodes de paiement d’Indigo. Elle aide à influencer une culture de magasin qui favorise la mobilisation, la croissance et le perfectionnement des membres de l’équipe.
VOTRE RÔLE:
Opérationnelles
- Encadrer les représentants et représentantes du service à la clientèle et leur fournir de la rétroaction pour assurer l’excellence de leur service à la clientèle et pour suggérer et vendre des produits, des offres promotionnelles et des programmes à la clientèle d’Indigo.
- Diriger l’exécution d’activités afin de veiller à l’atteinte des priorités stratégiques et des objectifs en matière de vente et de rentabilité.
- Défendre les intérêts de la clientèle en la plaçant au cœur des processus de prise de décisions.
- Chercher activement à cerner et à prévoir les attentes et les besoins de la clientèle.
- Repérer constamment des occasions d’amélioration, en détectant les problèmes et en les réglant.
- Chercher et faire la promotion des solutions technologiques de pointe que la clientèle voudra adopter.
- Diriger le processus de gestion des stocks et des retours afin d’assurer la fluidité de l’expérience client omnicanal.
- Diriger l’exécution des programmes de ventes omnicanaux et s’assurer que la technologie est utilisée efficacement dans les espaces de vente afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et d’encourager la clientèle à magasiner à sa façon.
- Appuyer le déploiement et l’adoption de nouvelles technologies numériques ou autres au moyen d’activités de préparation, de formation, d’encadrement et de rétroaction.
- Ouvrir et fermer le magasin en plus de gérer l’espace de vente.
- Participer au comité mixte de santé et de sécurité au travail du magasin et s’assurer que la santé et la sécurité des membres de l’équipe et de la clientèle demeurent la priorité absolue.
Personnelles
- Bâtir des équipes solides en participant aux activités d’embauche, à la formation des nouveaux membres de l’équipe et à la formation polyvalente des membres actuels de l’équipe.
- Appuyer le développement de talents en fournissant de la rétroaction sur la performance de l’équipe aux gestionnaires.
- Collaborer avec les autres pour mettre en place rapidement et facilement des solutions opportunes.
- Partager ses connaissances techniques avec autrui et chercher à apprendre des autres.
- Aider les autres à constater le fruit de leurs efforts et demander régulièrement l’opinion des autres.
- Encourager les autres à donner leur point de vue et à accepter les commentaires.

The Customer Operations Leader - Omni Experience is responsible for leading the execution of work that contributes to the customer experience and omni sales results. They provide coaching and feedback to Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) on Indigo’s customer service model and on suggesting and selling Indigo’s products, promotions, and programs to our customers. They ensure our customers have a frictionless experience of the store’s omni and payment operations. They help influence a store culture that promotes employee engagement, growth, and development.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Functional
- Coach and provide feedback to CERs on providing excellent customer service and to suggest and sell Indigo’s products, promotions, and programs
- Lead execution of activities to support strategic priorities, sales goals, and profitability targets
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Consistently identify areas for improvement, diagnose issues and work to resolve them
- Embrace and champion technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
- Execute inventory management processes and lead returns to ensure smooth and profitable omni customer experience
- Lead execution of omni-sales program activities and ensure technology is leveraged effectively on sales floor to drive efficiency and encourage customers to shop their way
- Support new technology and digital rollouts and adoption through readiness activities, training, coaching, and feedback
- Open and close store as well as responsibility for managing sales floor
- Participate in the joint health and safety committee and ensure health and safety of employees and customers is top priority
People
- Support the building of strong teams by participating in hiring activities, training new hires, and cross-training existing team
- Support development of talent by providing feedback on team performance to managers
- Collaborate with others to drive flexible and just in time solutions
- Share technical knowledge with others and actively seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself

Qualifications
À PROPOS DE VOUS
- De 1 à 2 années d’expérience dans un poste de service à la clientèle, de présentation de la marchandise ou d’exploitation.
- Engagement manifeste envers la création d’un environnement exceptionnel tant pour la clientèle que pour le personnel.
- Expérience en direction de personnel.
- Connaissance des normes provinciales en matière de santé et de sécurité.
- Attitude axée sur le rendement.
- Capacité à utiliser le sens des affaires et la pensée globale pour prendre des décisions importantes.
- Capacité à prioriser, à planifier et à exécuter les tâches de façon agile.
- Capacité de se déplacer dans l’espace de vente durant de longues périodes.
- Disponibilité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
- Capacité de soulever des articles moyens et grands, allant jusqu’à 40 lb, au moyen de l’équipement et des techniques appropriées.
- Bilinguisme (anglais-français) requis pour tous les postes au Québec.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, merchandising or operations role
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
- Experience leading others
- Knowledge of provincial health and safety standards

- Ability to exercise good business acumen and systemic thinking that supports meaningful decisions
- Ability to prioritize, plan and execute while being agile
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec
