Please note this is a hybrid position, therefore office attendance at our Ottawa Collaboration Hub is a requirement.


What You'll Do

Develop and manage the growth of assigned accounts through new opportunity generation, ownership of a sales pipeline, and collaboration with Sales Leadership. Work in a team environment with Customer Success to help drive account growth in an assigned territory Negotiate contracts with customers and grow recurring revenue in an assigned territory Drive customer adoption with new products alongside increasing adoption of existing portfolio Engage in technical sales discussions with potential clients via conference call or web demonstration; leveraging Sales Engineering resources where needed. Own SFDC management and ensure accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates for management visibility in sales pipeline. Deliver product presentations to assigned account focusing on selling and positioning N-able solutions.
What You'll Bring

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business concepts via telephone and web based presentations Proven self-starter with motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks management, project leadership 5 years experience of successful target attainment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in previous Inside Sales and Account Management roles Understanding of territory management (planning, prospecting, and closing)
