Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Cultivate and strengthen relationships to develop and potentially co market with key partners, including Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft. Collaborate closely with partner relationship teams to align on joint marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that leverage the strengths of Achievers and its key partners. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, email marketing, content creation, and social media, to drive awareness and demand generation. Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all partner-related marketing activities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and case studies that highlight the value of the Achievers and partner solutions. Conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on partner offerings and joint value propositions. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve future marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in partner marketing within the B2B technology space. Strong understanding of employee engagement, HR technology, and related industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance. Familiarity with Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft ecosystems is a plus.
