1.0 FTE Term, Physical Education Teacher

Effective: January 6 until February 21, 2025

The successful candidate should in addition to a  valid Manitoba Teacher’s Certificate:

Have a Bachelor of Kinesiology or a Bachelor of Physical Education (a teachable or minor in these areas could be considered) Have knowledge and understanding of the relevant area(s) of the Manitoba Physical Education and Health Education curriculum Have the ability to coordinate, and a passion for, intramural, co-curricular, and extra-curricular programming Create a safe, caring, and purposeful learning environment Have knowledge and understanding of physical literacy development models and assessment strategies Champion physical activity as part of a healthy active lifestyle Successfully embed technology into Physical Education and Health that supports student engagement and learning
