As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a profitable book of business based on the company’s objectives and individual business plans.

Your day as a Client Service Representative
Request and follow up with insurers and/or clients for outstanding information, endorsements, or policy documentation. Prepare proposals for renewals and new business. Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters. Work with the Client Executives and Client Service Managers in negotiating with Insurers and/or changes, renewals, and new business where applicable. Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness and as required, note and correct errors. Create abeyance and follow up for outstanding items from underwriters, markets, and clients. Market own new business and renewals when necessary. Monitor and follow up on outstanding client receivables. Create and streamline processes. Prepare monthly Bordereaux, where required Invoice and manage receivables. Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.Our ideal candidate
Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience Professional designation required (RIBO) Good knowledge of markets and their policy wordings Good knowledge of Intact Broker Portal and EPIC is an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
