About the Client
Our client is sourcing a Financial Analyst for a 6-month contract.

About the Opportunity
  • Prepare weekly outlook updates for the current month, as well as official monthly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Assist with month-end closing and prepare P&L and KPI management reports for review by the management team
  • Work with the team to enhance our financial data sets, then leverage this information for our forecasting models and take the lead in analyzing data to identify EBITDA opportunities
  • Assist the team in the development and automation of new financial metrics
  • Contribute to the development of executive forecasting briefs focusing on key business drivers to understand and explain financial and measurement variances
  • Participate in in-depth financial analysis and special projects to provide value-added financial analysis and insight to improve financial and business performance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting to gain new insights

About You
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, particularly in financial planning and analysis
  • Accounting designation is a plus
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple deliverables and reprioritize in the face of conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and punctual environment
