Position Title: Team Lead / ApplicationArchitect (Angular and Asp.Net)
Job Location: RemoteCanada (EST time zone)

Purpose ofPosition:
As a Team Lead / SeniorDeveloper (Angular and Asp.Net) you will work on both the frontendand backend of digital solutions. You will collaborate within theSoftware Product Development department to design and developcuttingedge features and products. This role suits ambitiousdevelopers who enjoy new challenges. You will report to theSoftware Design & Development Manager and support thedevelopment of business solutions across various serviceareas.

KeyResponsibilities:

Apply technicaland quality standards throughout the software developmentlifecycle.

Collaborate with product anddevelopment teams to refine features ensuringfeasibility.

Foster open communicationcrossfunctional teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Plan and design architectures that allow incrementalfeature delivery to endusers.

Address technicaldebt to maintain sustainable Agile practices.

Develop software architectures that align with businessgoals using Angular (frontend) and ASP.NET (backend).

Provide technical leadership conduct code reviews andensure adherence to best practices.

Definetesting strategies (unit integration automated) to ensurereliability.

Lead handson development designarchitecture and code reviews.

Mentor and coachjunior developers promoting skill development.

Implement security measures (authentication authorizationencryption) to protect applications and data.

Qualifications Skills andKnowledge:

University degree inComputer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.

10 years of progressive experience in productdevelopment.

Handson experience in frontend andbackend development with 60% coding involvement.

5 years of experience in application architecture andAgile product development.

Expertise in thefollowing technologies: .NET C# ASP.NET Core SQL Server clientsidetechnologies and Angular.

Experience in TestDriven Development (TDD) and Domain Driven Design (DDD).

Proficiency in security measures and bestpractices.

Working Conditions/Environment:

Remote available to work in the ESTtime zone.

MandatoryRequirements:

Latest version ofAngular: 2 years of experience.

DDD/TDD: Recentexperience within the last 2 years.

EntityFramework: Recent experience in the last 2 years.

.Net 5: Recent experience in the last 3years.
