Sales and Enrollment Specialist

About The Role
- Serve as the spokesperson for our business and engage with potential clients.
- Speak to qualified leads to determine if there's a strong fit between the client's problems and what we offer.
- Manage the entire client journey from initial email correspondence to personal enrollment calls, completing the sale, onboarding the client, and pairing them with the right coach on our team.
- Share in the success of our clients from Day 1 until they sign their job offer in consulting.
- No cold calling; all interactions are with individuals who have reached out to us.
- This role is 100% remote, you can work from anywhere.
Requirements
- 3+ years of continuous experience doing inbound and/or outbound sales calls in English, with an exceptional sales track record.
- Background in sales and/or enrollment with a coaching or ed-tech company is preferable.
- Having experience working for an MBB firm is ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong negotiating, relationship-building, and management skills.
- Proactive and strong ability to analyze processes and suggest ideas on how things can be done better.
- Responsive to performance feedback and excited to continue learning and growing.
- You're equipped with a laptop/PC, headset, high-definition webcam, and have access to a stable internet connection.
- US time zone.
What Success Looks Like
- Convert potential clients who are a good fit for our services into actual clients and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Be a good listener, emphatic, and willing to say no to people who aren't a good fit to work with us. Even if someone could be an easy sale, if we can't help them, we don't enroll them in our program.
We have a comprehensive training program and system to give you the feedback you need to grow in this role. We will not throw you in to swim alone until you are comfortable and ready to speak with clients.
