Your Opportunity
Our Sarnia & Strathroy offices are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team and own the following responsibilities:
Lead review and compilation engagements, in addition to corporate tax returns for clients in a variety of businesses and non-profit enterprises Building effective working relationships with client contacts and responding effectively to client requests Completion of trust returns and trust working papers Coordination of tax assignments including preparation of tax returns (T2s, T4s, T5s, GST/HST), and coordination with the tax department to ensure queries are cleared and deadlines are met Ensuring that all significant engagement matters are documented and brought to the attention of the Manager/Partner, as well as keeping them informed of the progress of the engagement Following-up with appropriate government agencies on questions relating to payroll, assessments, GST, HST, business numbersHow do we define success for your role?

You have completed your CPA designation You have at least 5+ years of private enterprise experience in the public accounting industry, with at least 1+ years at the management level In depth experience in relation to IFRS and ASPE files You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
