The Senior Vendor Analyst will join a fast growing team to support with managing our critical and strategic IT vendors. The role will use data and analytics to hold fact-based, diplomatic discussions with internal stakeholders and vendors, holding the vendor accountable to contract requirements, minimizing risk, and finding opportunities to drive value enhancement with our supplier partners.

How you will create impact:

Conduct data analysis & reporting, create and update dashboards, prepare recommendation reports related to vendor performance SLAs, issue & incident logs, invoicing accuracy, contract deliverables and more  Interpret vendor dashboard and analysis to support executive briefings.  Conduct annual vendor due diligence activities Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Vendor contracts, performance, and issues and consult with various business partners and business unit stakeholders  Maintain Vendor Management Repository tracking renewal dates and ensuring renewal processes are implemented in a timely manner.  Review existing vendor reporting processes to determine where improvements could be made to existing procedures. Identify and lead process improvement projects, including enhanced vendor performance dashboarding, vendor portfolio consolidation initiatives, ongoing vendor governance and risk due diligence. Use data analysis related to vendor SLA & KPI performance and deliverables to determine if the goals have been met, or what additional measures would need to be implemented to achieve  Influence leadership level decisions by formulating recommendations based on facts Lead frank & diplomatic vendor discussions Lead vendor governance and compliance meetings

This role will lead activities to optimize the value Cooperators receives from its strategic and critical vendor relationships. The role will be responsible for vendor performance management, vendor issue & incident tracking and scorecards, and identifying & leading value creation opportunities from vendor relationships that are strategically important to Cooperators IT teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Sr. Vendor Management Analyst will be an integral team member important in making a strong impact to a growing and fast-paced business
