Responsibilities
Build positive employee relationships by overseeing onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts that enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity. Drive recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals who align with organizational objectives. Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems to maintain accurate and accessible records. Ensure compliance with employment laws and standards by staying informed on regulatory changes and implementing necessary updates. Assess organizational training requirements and develop programs that support employee development and career advancement. Take on new responsibilities as they emerge, contributing to the organization's success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- Education: Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field; a CPHR or similar designation is an asset.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in progressive HR roles within fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for delivering clear and concise presentations.
- Organizational Skills: Proactive ownership of projects, meticulous attention to detail, and effective planning in a high-performance setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits portals, and MS 365/Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in evolving business contexts and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Integrity: A steadfast commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Summary
The HR Manager will play a critical role in promoting a safe workplace by developing HR programs, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulations. This position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team environment while implementing best practices.
