Technical Implementation Specialist

Provisioning new customer instances of LW software applications
Hosting setup including access and credentialing new customer users
Data transfers, exports and migrations
System integrations to third party APIs and software applications
Occasional technical troubleshooting alongside implementation teams and clients
Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite Pre-Sales activities which may include technical specifications and defining work scope for custom and enterprise level customers Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks Documentation of client build technical specifications Track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Lone Wolf direction Maintain a good knowledge of the real estate technology industry and trends
Skills & Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: A diploma or degree in computer science or a related field EXPERIENCE : 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting LOCATION : Remote US and CanadaWHAT DO YOU NEED :
Proven track record of technical aspects of the role as noted above Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task Self-starter with ability to work remote under minimal to no supervision Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills Outstanding customer relationship skills Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products Prior experience with real estate systems or related software/applications preferred-
