Job Summary
As the Quality Control & Materials Manager, the successful candidate will maintain, monitor and improve quality systems and processes to ensure continuous production of products is consistent with established company standards. They will lead the quality control team, material handling team, shipper/receiver and maintain the quality control lab to achieve conformity and continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
Completion of a Degree in Science, Engineering or related field5+ years experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment3+ years of experience in a leadership capacityASQ CQE or Lean Six Sigma Certification is an assetExperience and familiarity of ISO 9001 requirements and processes in relation to productionExcellent communication, organizational and leadership skillsKnowledge and understanding of quality control procedures and control methodologiesStrong aptitude for control of calibration on testing and measuring equipmentComputer literate including Microsoft Office products, InfoFlow and Filemaker programs#LI-MD2
