ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively sell all products and services in a professional manner. Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new accounts, penetrating customer accounts and retaining those accounts. Identify potential opportunities and create strategic action plans to convert leads into sales. Work within to maintain sales pipeline, create sales reports and marketing documents. Speak knowledgeably with customers about all aspects of Summit Truck Equipment products. Provide accounts with invoices, quotes, specs and pricing within a timely manner. Employee will be responsible for paying the cost of travel (in the event that travel will be needed), accommodations and food upfront. Employee will be reimbursed with approved receipts. Ensure phone and front entrance are always covered to greet customers. Manage phone and walk-in sales leads. Maintain knowledge of all products and new specs. Help direct and promote customers to use Trans Lease for financing. Maintain and monitor leads and opportunities in Sales Force. Monitor Hydrovac inventory by conducting inventory audits, maintaining layout of Hydrovacs in the yard, pricing new hydrovacs, update pricing, upload pictures to the website and review information in Sales Force. Appraise hydrovacs for walk-in customers enter appraisals in Sales Force. Advertising for the dealership including scheduling photo shoots, order sales material, and ensure locations and Salesmen have updated flyers. Maintain knowledge of current product inventory. Process and close deals. Travel required ~25% of time. Other duties as assigned by manager
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Climbing in and out of vehicles/hydrovacs. Occasional stooping and bending. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs. Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. Preference will be given to those with a Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with a tanker endorsement. Dealership experience preferred. Ability to work independently and with a group. Able to seek help and guidance when needed. Salesforce experience a plus Excellent verbal and communication skills. Direct knowledge or experience selling hydrovacs is a plus. Successful track record of developing relationships and closing sales or the desire to learn. Detail oriented.
