We are looking for an Associate, Regulatory Affairs - Packaging Compliance & EPR to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis . This position will be based out of our Head Office in Liberty Village and will offer candidates the ability to work a hybrid model , 2-days a week in-office and 3-days a week work-from-home.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Packaging, Website, and Marketing Compliance:

Lead packaging creation for new product development. Lead packaging creation for commercial expansion. Lead packaging creation for brand enhancements. Maintain regulatory compliance for all DECIEM packaging in all markets. Review and manage website text for existing products (ingredient lists, directions, warnings, and marketing information). Support review and implementation of enhanced website compliance (claims and other regulatory information). Review internal and external marketing language (technical communications, marketing materials, and training tools). Respond to customer inquiries.

Extended Producer Responsibilities:

Manage global extended producer responsibilities including the submission of reports and payment of fees. Support sustainability initiatives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

Understanding of cosmetic, NHP, and OTC packaging requirements. Extremely well organized and detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment. Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology or another relevant field OR equivalent work experience is an asset.
