Description:

The Cash Administrator is responsible for overseeing the treasury function of captive insurance companies in their day-to-day activities. These captive insurance companies are a client's risk management tool and can provide a financial benefit to our clients. We are engaged to provide financial insight, manage the day to day operations of the captive and provide guidance for future uses of the captive as part of the overal risk arena of the client's operations. Our captive clients, in general, are high-profile, large multi-national corporations that rely on our expertise for accuracy, timeliness and support for their operations in their overal decision-making process. 

Specific duties will include:

Receiving and organizing invoices from third parties

Receiving and responding to treasury enquires from clients and colleagues

Reviewing and confirming details of payees and ensuring compliance with banking mandates

Reconcile cash and investment accounts. Prepare bank deposits and cash disbursements.

Following up on disbursements and deposits for successful completions of transactions

Coordinating with the captive managers on audit enquiries

Ensuring completion and accuracy of data entry and retention of records

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Comply with Marsh internal controls and any client specific internal controls

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
