Drive timely and impactful engineering governance by planning, coordinating, and conducting key executive governance meetings like daily touch point, weekly staff meeting, monthly performance reviews and executive meeting preparation reviews. Manage, plan and maintain executive governance calendars by working with senior leadership team and executive assistants. Compile, prepare and report monthly engineering Key Performance Indicators results and Master Plan initiatives progress including supporting justification documentation in case of deviation. Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management. Support special projects and deployment of key initiatives to ensure engineering community improvements.As our ideal candidate
You hold an university degree in business administration or equivalent You have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience You have previous experience with governance processes, strategic planning and/or projects management You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information You are proficient with advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management, including senior leadership You are autonomous, rigorous, organized and quality-focused You work effectively with cross-functional teamsPlease note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position We’re not looking for the perfect candidate, we’re looking for great talent and resourcefulness.
