Salary: $47,000

Additional tasks:

Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
 

Requirements:

1-2 years of dispatch experience High-volume call center or inbound calling experience Pleasant demeanour over the phone and emails Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to work under pressure Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX Strong written and oral communication skills Critical and logical thinking skills
