Be the primary support for all departments working with operations and transactions related to the ERP system and specific software; Ensure smooth operations throughout the company and act as a resource person.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as super user support for all branch employees regarding logistics and operations; Provide punctual transactional support for the entire branch network; maintain an operational watch; Participate in problem-solving at the system’s procedural, logistical and transactional levels; Coordinate the management of non-conformities; Manage inventory adjustments and movements; Occasionally, for specific files, travel to a distribution center or point of sale/service for monitoring purposes, to support process improvements, or to set up or take inventory. Evening or weekend work may be required (very rarely); Be involved in corporate projects; Keep abreast of trends; Participate in corporate projects.YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS – EXPECTED OUTCOMES

DEC or related studies in operations management, logistics or inventory control; Experience in purchasing, logistics, systems, IT; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; Bilingualism (French and English).
