Quality Assurance Analyst

Location : Baie D’Urfé, Canada; Hybride, 37,5 heures/semaine

Principales responsabilités 

Mesurer et déterminer la conformité et statuer sur les dossiers de lots des articles de conditionnement, matières premières, vracs et produits finis par rapport aux documents maîtres en vigueur et aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication applicables et identifier les suivis devant être effectués avec les opérateurs/superviseurs, analystes des différents services. Faire la libération des lots par délégation du Directeur Qualité. Communiquer aux différents services les anomalies ou observations constatées dans l’évaluation des dossiers, coordonner les investigations, évaluer la conformité des correctifs apportés ou explications produites et informer le Gestionnaire Système Qualité & Qualité du Produit / Directeur Qualité qui déterminera si ces situations particulières ont un impact sur la qualité des produits. Réviser et approuver les documents maîtres relatifs aux activités d’évaluation des dossiers: procédures, méthodes, formulaires. Déterminer selon les procédures établies les dates de recontrôle et péremption des articles et matières premières Effectuer les démarches pour obtenir l’information des prestataires nécessaire à l’établissement de la conformité des matières premières, composantes et consommables contrôlés. Rédiger les certificats de conformité des produits finis pour le client. Maintenir les registres du service AQ à jour et participer à l’instauration des outils permettant de suivre les indicateurs qualité. Formuler les recommandations appropriées au Gestionnaire Système Qualité & Qualité du Produit / Directeur Qualité. Faire le traitement des plaintes-client. Gestion du processus de contrôles de changements. Au besoin, fournir des réponses aux questions de conformité et d’assurance qualité aux collaborateurs de l’usine et aux affiliés. Déclarer les risques ou les présomptions de risque SHE qu'ils identifient à l'occasion de leur travail et proposer des améliorations.

Exigences de base

DEC ou Diplôme universitaire en science (chimie, microbiologie ou autre pertinente à la fonction) 5 ans d’expérience en contrôle qualité ou assurance qualité ou en production Bonne connaissance de la réglementation courante (BPF applicables). Posséder une faculté d’observation et d’analyse en vue de faire les observations justes supportant les non-conformités identifiées et évaluer leur impact potentiel sur la qualité du produit. Posséder des compétences de rédaction efficaces. Anglais et français : parlé et écrit. Connaissance de l’informatique bureautique et des logiciels utilisés dans la fonction
