As an Assistant Deli Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality deli products. We are looking for an Assistant Deli Manager to join our Sandown location team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Assist the Deli Manager with overseeing daily operations including food preparationTeam Management: Assist with training and develop deli staff and supervise in various duties such as cooking, packaging, and serving.Product Knowledge:Be well-versed in our deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches.Food Preparation:Prepare Sandwiches pizza, salads, hot food and more. Prepare and package deli productsInventory Management:Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.Stocking & Display: Manage product storage, rotation, and merchandisingCustomer Service:Interact with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.Food Safety:Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation.
