The ideal leader for this role will have astrong foundation in sales marketing and business developmentpaired with comprehensive expertise in SaaS business models. Thisstrategic professional will guide the alignment of revenuefunctions refine sales operations and enhance customer successstrategies.
  • Report tothe CEO &Founder
  • A core pillar of theCSuite whom have all built prior startups
  • Lead from the frontlead with hands on approach (it s not purely a numbers game)
  • Drive revenue growthyou own revenue and the GTM team
  • Foster ahighperformance culture focused on results by coaching the salesand revenue teams helping them be the best they can be
  • Develop standards andbest practices to boost sales productivity
  • Build and implement acomprehensive sales strategy targeting enterprise and public sectorclients
  • Analyze salesperformance metrics and work with the team to firm up forecasts andprojects
  • Work with themarketing team to enable sales with leads and enablement
  • Work closely with themarketing product finance operations and customer success teams toalign efforts and enhanceCX
  • Utilize analytics andreporting tools to track performance metrics forecast revenue andmake informed business decisions
  • Develop and managethe revenue budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources tomaximize growth
  • Identify new businessopportunities and drive growth in North America and Europeanmarkets
  • Present sales andrevenue progress to the board the board is high growth VCs andbuilders

Requirements We re looking for a CRO whothrives on handson building experimentation and growth. This isn tyour traditional executive role; we need someone who s as excitedby the journey from zero to one as they are by seeing tangibleresults. The ideal CRO is an innovative builder ready to work sideby side with the team and connect directly with customers andprospects in the field.
