Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:

  • Ecommerce Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute online promotions, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
    • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Website and Platform Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce website, ensuring all products are accurately listed and up-to-date.
    • Optimize product listings for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
    • Manage product categories, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Customer Experience:

    • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
