We are looking to grow our team with the addition of a successful full-time financial advisor, or an individual with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience.

The ideal candidate is looking for the next level in their career and an opportunity to deepen their financial planning relationships. Drawing on previous experience, you will be responsible for growing the assets of an established, client-centric financial planning practice. The role is based full time in-office. Your role will focus on:

  • Identifying new business opportunities with high net-worth individuals
  • Developing new client relationships from external prospecting and introductions generated from centers of influence.
  • Meeting directly with prospective clients as well as following up with existing clients to execute strategic concepts and further client relationships.
  • Interacting with clients daily through incoming client calls, meetings (both virtual and on site) and providing information on products, services, and strategies.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Completed industry licensing – Mutual fund licensed or Securities licensed
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willing to obtain
  • A financial planning designation, such as CFP® or PFP designation considered an asset
  • Proven track record for sparking new relationships and bringing on high value clients

 

Ideal compensation: 

Combination of a fixed earnings amount and bonus aligned to business achievements.

  • Opportunity to build equity ownership in the practice and participation in a guaranteed practice succession plan.
  • Total compensation year one will be developed through a collaborative discussion of the client family groups that the associate believes will transition with them.
  • Percentage of practice ownership and assured value will be based on the percentage of assets transitioned relative to the overall size of the practice.
