  • Oversee and direct the entire lifecycle of institutional construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure timely, budget-compliant completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Supervise and coordinate sub-trades, on-site staff, and supplier
  • Report project progress to the Project Manager and all key stakeholders
  • Enforce rigorous adherence to healh and safety regulations
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.

  • Strong background as a Construction Site Superintendent in the ICI sector with a track record of overseeing institutional, health care and hospital renovation projects.
  • Excellent trade and consultant relationships in the local market.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong technical, computer and management skills
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Our client is a General Contractor specializing in Institutional, Commercial and Industrial (ICI). They have been working on building and renovating projects for the public and private sector in the Greater Toronto Area such as institutional health care, hospital, school and university. We are currently looking for a Superintendent to join their team.
