As a Budget Project Manager on our Media team, you will ensure the seamless execution of our projects while managing budgets and financial deliverables with precision.

You Will:

Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of client billings for the strategy and investment teams and other members of the client service team, as well as key client personnel Act as the primary liaison between agency and the client for budget management issues Continuously update account team on the status of all client projects Serve as the primary contact for all client, budget management deliverables, and troubleshoot as needed to meet client expectations Serve as the primary interface internally between the strategy team, media investment team, as well as our back office, namely, media, reconciliation accounts, receivable accounts, payable, and central finance

You Have:

Minimum of 3 years managing media campaigns in a digital marketing or media agency Strong grasp of project management principles, methods, and techniques, and skilled in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources Proven track record in team management and client interactions within a client services environment, effectively navigating discussions around project scope, schedule, budget, and strategies In-depth understanding of how different disciplines work together within projects executed by the agency Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to tactically organize and structure activities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and engage effectively with team members and clients Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset, actively seeking innovative solutions to project challenges while being receptive to feedback Remarkable presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude Outstanding collaboration and follow through skills Media Ocean experience is a bonus
