What you’ll do:

Develops, implements, and manages governance frameworks, policies and processes to ensure the effective and efficient operation of Board and Committees, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and good corporate governance practices. Ensures effective Board meeting administration by developing and maintaining Board and Committee work plans, meeting agendas and minutes, and Board reports to ensure the Board fulfills its legal and fiduciary obligations; ensures timely and accurate posting of Board and Committee materials. Oversees Director remuneration, and the planning of the Annual General Meeting as well as Director and Member Council nominating and election cycles.  Works with peers across divisions to drive collaboration and innovation, motivate and engage employees, and lead strategy development and implementation. Manages and implements programs to ensure effective communication, stakeholder feedback, and decision-making between Affinity management and the Board.
