What will you be doing in the Machine Operator/ Prime Line Operator position?

As the Machine Operator Trainee, you will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products. This Operator Trainee position will report directly to the Plant Supervisor and is a member of the Metrie Manufacturing team. The role will be based out of our Woodbridge facility.

At a high-level, you will:

Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality Operate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer Support plant continuous improvement initiatives Ensure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec) Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsets Understand and apply our health and safety policies and regulations

Available Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM to 5PM.

We will provide in-house training to help you be successful in this role No experience is necessary.
