JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare invoices for mailing and filing.
- Collection of payment accounts.
- Prepare and submit bank deposits.
- Follow up on past-due accounts.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures.
- Customer service and collection skills.
- Ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate effective organizational and time management capabilities.
- Positive work attitude with an overall eagerness to learn.
EDUCATION:
- A College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping is preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.
