Within the Infrastructuremarket and reporting to the Director of Operations your primarymandate will be to implement and deploy an action plan to ensurethe development and full growth of the Center of Excellence whichincludes more than twentyfive professionals based in EasternCanada.

In this role you must have excellentmarket knowledge related to this field and be driven by the desireto develop and realize business opportunities while guiding yourteam in this direction. You will be a key player in deliveringprojects related to asset sustainability and digitaltransformation.

You will lead a diverse team thatserves a wide range of clients from both the private and publicsectors. You will be the guardian of the knowhow expertise andperformance related to this Center of Excellence. You will also beaccountable for the implementation of the companys strategicdevelopment plan on operational financial and projectlevels.

YOURROLE WITHIN THETEAM

• Based on NordaStelos strategic directions and trends in your discipline definethe strategic plan for your Center of Excellence and be accountablefor its execution.
• Support the sales effortsrelated to your Center of Excellences serviceofferings.
• Be responsible for managing anddeveloping your teams human resources.
• Providerecognized leadership to a team of professionals involved inproject execution.
• Be responsible for yourteams performance in relation to the companys establishedperformance indicators.
• Identify the necessaryresources for project delivery and plan laborneeds.
• Participate in the developmentimplementation and monitoring of methods and best practices withinthe Railway Center ofExcellence.

Ourmusthaves

Minimum of 10years of experience in the railway sector including 5 years ofconcrete experience in teammanagement.Bilingual (FrenchEnglish).Strategic vision andthinking.Businessacumen.Inspirationalleadership.Creativity andinnovation.Rigorous anddisciplined.Team spirit and communicationskills.
