Asa Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring that thecompany and its employees comply with internal policies andexternal regulations. You will conduct audits assess risk andimplement compliance programs to mitigate legal and regulatoryrisks.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement compliance policies andprocedures.
  • Conductregular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with laws andregulations.
  • Providetraining and guidance to employees on compliancerelatedissues.
  • Investigateand resolve compliance issues andcomplaints.
  • Monitorchanges in regulatory requirements and update compliance programsaccordingly.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in law business or a relatedfield.
  • 3years of experience in a compliance role preferably in a corporateenvironment.
  • Strongknowledge of compliance regulations and risk managementpractices.
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Strongcommunication and trainingabilities.
